Structure

The Head of the Department is Doctor of Psychology, Professor Irina O. Loginova.

There are 17 employees, including:

1 Doctor of Psychological Science, Professor;

1 Doctor of Psychological Science, Associate Professor;

3 Candidates of Psychological Science, Associate Professors;

4 Candidates of Psychological Science;

2 Candidates of Medical Science, Associate Professors;

1 Candidate of Medical science;

1 Candidate of Pedagogical Science, Associate Professor;

1 Candidate of Pedagogical Science;

3 Senior Lecturers without any academic degrees and titles.

The clinical bases of the department:

  • VA Hospital;
  • Regional neuropsychiatric dispensary;
  • Emergency Hospital;
  • Oncology Center;
  • FSCCC FMBA of Russia.

Competencies:

The department is involved in the implementation of basic educational programs:

  • 37.05.01 – Clinical Psychology (group of specialties: Humanities, standard period of study is 5.5 years)
  • 31.05.01 – General Medicine (group of specialties: Clinical Medicine, standard course of study is 6 years)
  • 31.05.02 – Pediatrics (group of specialties: Clinical Medicine, standard course of study is 6 years)
  • 31.05.03 – Dentistry (group of specialties: Clinical Medicine, standard course of study is 5 years)

The following series of advanced training and retraining are implemented for postgraduate students:

- Psychotherapy and psycho-correction;

- Medical psychology.

Main directions of scientific and educational activities:

The research direction of the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy with a postgraduate course is defined by the scientific theme “Psychological health of the population: criteria, diagnosis and prevention”. Within this direction, the main scientific topic and subtopics are determined as follows:

Loginova I.O. – Vital self-fulfillment of a person and sustainability of vital world

Volkova O.V. – The study of the genesis and methods of learned helplessness correction in a person with weakened health

Chupina V.B. – The study of human life and human potential

Zhivaev Yu.V. – Sociocultural identity as a factor of human life world sustainability

Vishnyakova N.N. – Features of psychological health of representatives of different dispensary observation groups

Popenko N.Yu. – Possibilities of medical and psychological support for patients with chronic obliterating diseases of lower limb arteries

Lisnyak M.A. – The study of psychological health indicators of university teachers

Kononenko I.O. – Possibilities of body-oriented psychotherapy in psychological support of people with psychosomatic diseases

Stoyanova E.I. – Psychological and educational support for students’ readiness for making choice

The Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy with the course of postgraduate education has summarized and published the results of students’ and teachers’ research works in the collections of papers for scientific and practical conference “Human Psychological Health: Life Resource and Life Potential”.

The core issues of the conference are:

> values of health and healthy lifestyle;

> health as a life resource and human life potential;

> psychological and educational support for health-saving process;

> applied aspects of health psychology;

> medical, psychological and pedagogical support of people with various diseases;

> health-saving and health-forming technologies and programs in education and clinical medicine.

The organizing committee of the conference traditionally comprises colleagues from Klaipeda University (Klaipeda, Lithuania), A.S. Pushkin Brest University (Brest, Belarus), as well as colleagues from Kazakhstan, Poland, Great Britain, and Israel.

The results are also reflected in multi-author books, such as:

- Psychological health of the population. Krasnoyarsk: Verso, 2015.

- Traditions and prospects of the researches in the field of psycho-correction and psycho-prophylaxis of functional and emotional states. Saratov, Amirit, 2016.

The curator of student scientific society during 2010 - 2014 was Zhivaeva Yu.V., Candidate of Psychological Science, associate professor of the Department. Stoyanova E. I., Candidate of Psychological Science, associate professor of the Department, is a curator from 2015 till present time.

Tkacheva E.V., a former student of faculty of Clinical Psychology and now a successful certified specialist was the leader of student scientific society. The direction of scientific research being developed during the training period was “Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder as a Specific Feature of Primary School Children”. At the present moment, a 4-year student V.V. Lazaryan is the leader of the Department scientific society.

International collaboration

The Department collaborates with Klaipeda University (Klaipeda, Lithuania). Every year, employees and students of KSMU and Klaipeda University participate in scientific and practical conferences (“Psychological human health: vital resource and vitality” (Krasnoyarsk), “Art therapy in rehabilitation” (Klaipeda), “Conference of young scientists” (Klaipeda). During the period of collaboration, the staff of KrasSMU Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy with a postgraduate course delivered 4 master classes and 7 lectures at Klaipeda University, while the employees of the Department of Rehabilitation of Klaipeda University conducted 2 master classes and 4 lectures, 2 training seminars (on-line training) as part of Conference “Human Psychological Health: Life Resource and Life Potential”.
